I would like to share a few things on the continent Antarctica. As we, all know Antarctica is the windiest and coldest continent in the world situated in the South Pole.
The whole continent is covered with ice sheets and the average thickness of the ice cap is around 2450m. The other interesting thing is 90 per cent of the earth’s ice and 80 per cent of fresh water is in Antarctica. Though the whole continent is windy, there are tourists who visit the place each year. I heard there is also a hotel exists in Antarctica.

Alexander of the Macedon
I would like to say few things about Alexander the great. Alexander was a brilliant young man who did things, which many youngsters could only dream. He created the largest empire and inspired tremendous loyalty from his troops.
One of the main individual who was behind his success was the Athenian philosopher Aristotle. He shared all his political knowledge with Alexander in order to be successful
However, Alexander’s life was short lived has he died at the age of 33 due to fever. The worst thing his Alexander could not name his successor and empire collapsed miserably after that.

Aboriginals
Hey, this is the first information that I am sharing. This is about the Aboriginal Australians who lived in isolation for a long period from rest of the world until the Europeans arrived and forced them out of their territories.
The Aboriginals used to hunt animals like Kangaroos using their spears, blades, and boomerangs. They used to set temporary camps in places where they find water and keep moving on.
One of the interesting information which I came across was the Aboriginals have handed down stories, songs and their traditions form one generation to the other. Moreover, these tales and songs are still kept alive by the people in Australia.

Here We Go!
A big hello to all you people and welcome to my new blog. This is David Luiz and I am an engineer working in a Multi National Company. I was interested in starting a new blog a long time back but time did not permit me to do so.
After a long thought, I have started this new blog and I hope everyone like the information, which I am sharing. I also firmly believe that knowledge, information, and views must be shared with one another. Through out this blog I will be sharing important information, which many would not have come across. If there’s any questions, queries, or disagreements please let me know.
