Punished

Accidents occur quite often these days and it is due to several reasons. I firmly believe that accidents occur mostly these days because of rash driving and due to alcohol consumption. Most of them get away with this type of incidents but I want them to be punished. My friend who lives in Pennsylvania saw a woman who met with a major accident. The person who was responsible for the accident was fully drunk and he had no clue what is happening around him.
